Cooking on a budget doesn’t mean boring food. This egg fried rice is cheap, quick, and super satisfying.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups leftover rice
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- Frozen veggies (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan
- Scramble eggs and set aside
- Sauté garlic until fragrant
- Add rice and break up clumps
- Add soy sauce and mix well
- Toss in eggs and veggies
- Serve hot
Tips:
- Use leftover rice for best texture
- Add chili sauce for extra flavor
