Cooking on a budget doesn’t mean boring food. This egg fried rice is cheap, quick, and super satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups leftover rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Frozen veggies (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Scramble eggs and set aside
  3. Sauté garlic until fragrant
  4. Add rice and break up clumps
  5. Add soy sauce and mix well
  6. Toss in eggs and veggies
  7. Serve hot

Tips:

  • Use leftover rice for best texture
  • Add chili sauce for extra flavor
